Kitchen knife blade in stainless damask with VG10 egg steel. Beautiful pattern and good egg holding, supplied with razor blade eggs from the factory.
Comes with a polished patterned surface that gives your next knife a premium touch you can be proud of!
Put together with a shaft blank of your choice and form your own Santoku. This blade has a full tang, which means you put a plate on each side of the shaft instead of putting the tang of the blade into a hole in a block.
Length of the blade is 200mm, the shaft is a total of 137mm including sockets. Between the front and rear pockets is 98-118mm. The height of the pliers in the middle is 32mm, the thickness of the pliers is approx. 2.5mm. The small holes are oblong, 4x6.4mm and the large one is 8mm.
