Nakiri in stainless damask with VG10 egg steel. Beautiful pattern and good egg retention, delivered with razor blade egg from the factory.

Assemble with a stock of your choice and create your own knife. This blade has Threaded pliers. This means that you insert the blade's pliers into a hole in a shank block. The threaded rod can be used to secure the shank during gluing or to create a shank that can be disassembled.
