Juma Gem
Juma Gem is a composite product with a finely patterned appearance with many color options. The fine-grained pattern makes the material particularly suitable for creating interesting visual details even on a small scale. This means that even these thin 3mm sheets will be able to provide a pattern as an inlay in the knife, rather than just being a single-colored material.
This material is considered a premium shaft material and consists of a mixture of various minerals in a light-resistant epoxy resin that provides good formability, wear resistance and prevents color fading.
The difference between Cyan and Turquoise is that turquoise has a bit more green, while cyan is a bit more blue. In the pictures, cyan is the one that is all the way out on the page.

- Excellent mechanical formability, for example when drilling, milling, grinding and polishing
- Minimal risk of breakage due to high coefficient of elasticity and homogeneous structural composition
- High quality surface due to high surface hardness and resistance to wear
- Resistant to all conventional agents such as cleaning agents, oils, greases, weak/medium acids and bases.
- Low water absorption
- Possible to shape in boiling water
- Can be polished or varnished to obtain polished or matte surfaces.
- Can provide slightly translucent and fluorescent effects.
- Comfortable to the touch due to suitable thermal conductivity
