A simple and quick electric knife sharpener for your kitchen. Turn on and pull the knife through evenly, as shown in the video, first on step 1 (medium) and then on step 2 (fine).

Start at the heel of the blade and pull to the tip gently and evenly several times until you have achieved a smooth and fine grind that goes all the way to the edge, then move on to the next step.
